Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data Collected Through Forms
Our company requests some of your personal data (such as name, surname, password, email address, mobile phone number) in order to fulfill legal obligations arising from the relevant legislation, primarily the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), and to conduct our processes. Said personal data will be processed and preserved in a secure environment not accessible to the general public, based on your explicit consent, provided that it is not used outside the purposes and scope specified in this Clarification Text.
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Within our company, personal data is processed for the planning and execution of commercial activities, providing information to authorized institutions and organizations as required by legislation, resolving consumer complaints, sending commercial electronic messages if you give explicit consent, planning and executing necessary audit activities to ensure that operations comply with company procedures and regulations, managing requests and complaints, and maintaining corporate communication activities in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, accuracy, proportionality, and limited retention periods.

Personal data obtained from you may be shared with authorized public and private legal entities, service providers, consultants, business partners, suppliers, and legal authorities strictly in accordance with Articles 5 and 8 of the KVKK and relevant laws.

Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data
In accordance with Article 7 of the KVKK, when the reasons requiring the processing of personal data cease to exist, personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by our company ex officio or upon the request of the data owner.
Your Rights Under the Personal Data Protection Law
According to Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing, know third parties to whom data is transferred, request correction of incomplete/inaccurate data, and request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the law.
